Tarannum, Kranti, Reena, Savita (for being extremely polite and checking my comfort during the wait), Sooraj - The engineer to fix my phone and keeping me updated on the progress & Vidya with a final touch checks and closure on the service. I very strongly feel and recommend to visit this customer care facility. Best Samsung Service facility. THE STAFF ARE WELL QUALIFIED AND TECHNICALLY AWARE ABOUT ALL THE SOLUTIONS. THEY ARE COOPERATIVE TO CUSTOMERS AND HAVE GOOD ETIQUETTE to speak with a person.

Service centre's management was professional. But Samsung should improve the cost of motherboard replacements of smart watches. One would get a brand new item in that cost. LOL

Diagnosed the problem accurately, provided solution without giving an unnecessary sales pitch and upgraded my laptop based on my requirements in a good 2-3 days. Thankyou.

I had given my laptop for repair, the frame from the left hinge had come off, I requested Parminder to get it done within a day's time because of my work schedule. Which he did. Since I am planning to buy a new laptop I asked him for his guidance he advised me to for 1 thing which felt I must share. 1. Buy laptop from any authorised showroom instead of online, because in maximum cases laptop damages happen during the transit. So to be safer side buy it from authorised showroom & check the laptop physically & working of it before making payment.

Completely happy and satisfied with the service provided by Acer & Mr. Satish Bane at doorstep. He was on time and he gave his best to resolve the issue I had with my laptop, that too without the loss of my data. Would definitely recommend this service center to my acquaintances.
